For more than 20 years I’ve helped organizations understand people, solve problems, and create experiences that drive meaningful business outcomes.

My work spans enterprise software, SaaS platforms, digital products, customer experience design, user research, service design, and digital transformation initiatives. Today I lead product design and UX strategy for enterprise software used by some of the world’s largest financial institutions and data center operators, while drawing on a career that began long before product design became its own discipline.
