My Project Role: UX & UI Design of a New Product
The Ask: Research competitor products and create a better, cleaner, feature-heavy NEW product in a 2-month timeline.
The Solution: Working with the QQuote team on their first new product since their flagship Quick Quote Tire Management platform to design a net new seasonal tire ordering tool. The platform lets dealerships place and schedule delivery of their annual season tire, wheel, & accessory orders from the OEM manufacturer. We started with discovery sessions and then wireframes into high-fidelity UI Prototypes for the day one build as well as future capabilities. Now in live beta testing, we have already heard raves from users that it was easier and smoother than any other competitor tool they usually use.
